Terms of use

Last updated October 27, 2026

Boards Academy (“we”) is operated by PrepQ LLC. By using boardsacademy.com you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

Boards Academy is independent study material for board exam preparation. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional protocols or current guidelines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the American Board of Anesthesiology or any certifying board, and the site contains no actual examination content. We work to keep content accurate and cited but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, or that using it will lead to any exam result.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or a one-time email link. One account per person, usable on up to 3 devices: signing in on a fourth signs out the device used least recently. Do not share your sign-in or your access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Full access and payment

Full access is a one-time payment of $99 for 90 days. An extension of 30 days costs $29 and starts when your current access ends. Nothing renews automatically. Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details. Refunds follow our refund policy (on request within 7 days of purchase).

Content

The pages, cases, mock exams, stations, illustrations and software are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish or share paid content, or use automated tools to download the site.

Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove content and features. We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim about it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Questions: [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
