Refund policy

If full access is not what you needed, we refund it in full on request within 7 days of purchase, as long as the paid mock exams, stations and simulator have not been substantially used.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, within 7 days of the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• The days you bought are removed from your account when the refund is issued. If that was your only purchase, full access ends then.
• Extensions are refunded the same way and remove only their own 30 days.
