Mrs. Aisha Bello is a 32-year-old woman, 78 kg, who had an emergency cesarean delivery under general anesthesia yesterday evening for a prolapsed umbilical cord. Her baby is well. The anesthetic record shows a rapid-sequence induction and intubation on the second attempt; during that time the end-tidal anesthetic gas concentration stayed low for about six minutes before reaching the planned level. This morning she told her nurse she "heard people talking and couldn't move." She is on the postpartum ward, tearful, with her baby asleep in the bassinet. You were the anesthesiologist for her case.

Your task: evaluate Mrs. Bello's experience and discuss it with her.
